1. Do I have to remove my existing car mats?

Yes, our car mats are designed to fit without any existing/original car mats. Rest assured, our car mat will fit perfectly with your car model.  


2. Will the car mat shift around easily?

The base of the car mat is designed with a unique anti-slip backing that helps the car mat to remain secure and stationary on the car floor at all times. Moreover, the car mat is also designed in accordance with the shape of the floor and this means that there are no spaces for the car mat to shift around.


3. How do I clean my car mats?

The cleaning process is very easy and can be done within 15 minutes without taking out the car mat from your car. Firstly, vacuum the car mat and remove any rubbish. Next, use a piece of wet cloth to wipe it and that’s all, the car mat will be dried within a couple of minutes.


4. Is it easy to install to car mat by myself?

Yes, it is. Firstly, remove any existing/original car mat. Next, just slip in Motto Car Mat. The installation process can be done within 15 minutes. Installation videos will be provided as well for reference.


5. Does Motto Car Mat contain any toxic chemicals?

The answer is no. Our product is certified by SGS and the material is eco-friendly and non-toxic.


6. Is Motto Car Mat odourless?

The reason why conventional and other typical car mats emit unpleasant smells is that the material of these car mats contains formaldehyde, which is a toxic substance that will cause cancer. We used high-graded PU Leather in the production of Motto Car Mat that is certified by SGS to be odour-free and non-flammable in order to ensure the health and safety for you and your passengers.


7. What is SGS?

SGS is an organisation that provides inspection, verification, testing and certification service. The core services offered by SGS include the inspection and verification of the quantity, weight and quality of traded goods, the testing of product quality and performance against various health, safety and regulatory standards, and to make sure those products, systems or services meet the requirements of standards set by governments, and standardization bodies.

1. Can I place a phone order?

Sure, you can. Please call or Whatsapp us at +6016 537 2551. Our sales representatives will assist you with your order.


2. Do you have ready stock?

As our mats are all custom made, please understand it will be challenging for us to maintain a permanent inventory of ready stock for sale. All orders will be processed immediately once payments have been received. Thank you for your understanding and patience.


3. My car model is not listed here, what are my options?

No worries, please call or Whatsapp us at +6016 537 2551 and we’ll assist you. Currently, we are in the progress of updating our online store. It will take us some time to update all the car models. Thank you for your patience.


4. What if my car model is not available (for old car models or car models that are introduced in the market recently)?

If your specific vehicle model/year is not available, please feel free to call or Whatsapp us at +6016 537 2551 in order to book an appointment. We will make customized measurements for your car. 

An RM200 measurement fee will be charged for car models that are over 10 years or with a very less quantity in the market.


5. How much is the delivery fee?

Free postage for West Malaysia and RM150 per set for East Malaysia. 


6. How long should I wait for the parcel to be delivered? 

As all of our car mats are custom made, it will take us 1-3 working days to process the car mats. Once it is done, we will ship the parcel immediately. The remaining days-to-receive will depend on our courier service, which is Sky Net. Normally, customers will receive the car mat within 7-10 working days after the full payment has been made.


7. Where is your shop located?

8. Can I come to your shop for the installation of the car mat?

Yes, you can. However please call or Whatsapp us at +6016 537 2551 in order to book an appointment. As all of our car mats are custom made, we will only process the car mats once the payment has been done. This means that customers will need to wait around 3 hours for us to process the car mat when the payment is done on the spot at the shop.

Alternatively, if customers decide not to wait for 3 hours, customers are advised to make full payment first, once the car mat is done, we will notify customers to come and install the car mat. It will take 15-30 minutes only.


9. Do you provide COD service?

Unfortunately, no. As all of our car mats are custom made, we will only process the car mats once the payment has been done. Thank you for your understanding.


After-Sale

1. The parcel arrived damaged. Should I worry?

Nope, not at all. Please call or Whatsapp us at +6016 537 2551. Do provide us with some pictures to verify the shipment damage and we will settle the issue for you.


2. Who do I contact if there’s an issue with my order?

3. Does Motto provide any warranty for the car mat?

Yes, a 2 years warranty is provided and it covers any manufacturing defects.


4. How do I make a warranty claim?

Please call or Whatsapp us at +6016 537 2551, our customer service representatives will contact you to assist with your claim. Kindly provide us with the defective picture & receipt of the purchase.
