Exchange & Refund Policy
We hope that you are satisfied with our product when you received it. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your order, you may request for return & exchange or refund. Please follow the steps below:
Email [email protected] or WhatsApp 016-5372551 within 7 days of receipt, stating your order number, reason for exchange or refund and item to exchange or refund.
You will then receive all relevant information required in order to process an exchange or refund.
Motto Malaysia reserves all the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds if returned items are in an unsatisfactory condition (damaged or used).
Terms & Condition of Return/Refund
All items should be returned back within 7 days of receipt for either a refund or exchange of that item. Kindly allow us up to 30 days to process your refund/exchange request.
Refund/Exchange is only applicable to car mats only. Replacement parts, special orders, displays, free gifts, and promotional materials are not eligible for refund/exchange.
Please note that there will be no monetary refunds for any order. Customers will instead receive credit points that can be applied towards future purchases of Motto products.
Items should be returned unused, clean, unmodified and in its original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return and any item returned to us that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to you.
Items bought/received from an unauthorised seller will not be entertained.
Please note that product returns are done at the customer’s expense and responsibility, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only bear the costs for delivering the correct product to you when the exchange request is approved.
The condition of the return package is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure your return package is well wrapped to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
We may vary, amend, modify or revise the clauses from time to time. If we revise the Terms and Conditions, such changes will be effective when they are posted on our Website. Your continued use of our Services following such revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised clauses.
